This dandelion root “ coffee ” is actually made more like a strong tea , and has a slightly bitter ( in a unspoilt path ) mouthful .

I think the look is great with the plus of chicory ancestor and cinnamon , but you really only need the roasted dandelion root in this formula .

Forageddandelion rootandchicory rootcan be used , but they should be cut into small slice and dried before roasting .

Roasting Dandelion Root

While you could buypre - roast dandelion root , I favour to corrupt it raw and roast it myself , as I palpate that the flavor is superior that way .
