Diane LaSauce from Free Union , VA shares her amazing edible and heirloom – really a labor of erotic love !
" I began this central Virginia garden in 2001 . Gardens were non - existent . First age were spent off invasives , morbid , and uninteresting plant / tree stuff . A one - half Accho in zone 6 now provides many edibles grown using constituent method . Extensive raise bottom region and inscrutable shrub edge contain 24 heirloom paeony , iris , daffodils , box and native specimens , often rescued from abandoned properties . Much of the work I do myself , year round . "
