I ’ve been garden for more than 30 year in the Hudson Valley of New York State . I treasure all thing gardening but of late am lovingtexture , leafage , natives , shade gardening , andcontainer horticulture .

Sourwood(Oxydendrumarboreum , Zones 5–9 ) is a smallnative treethat has beautiful sprays of white flower in the spring and brilliant leaf color in the fall .
