" This is my white garden / moon garden which is next to my screened porch . Most everything in the garden has a white flush or vary foliage . The few elision , like the hosta and the dark leafed Ligularia are not grow for the flowers ; they act as a background to the other plants with their great leaves so that even if there is n’t something in blossom the foliation bring home the bacon visual interest group . The season commence with Galanthus / snowdrops glance their trivial head through the snow , follow shortly by white tulip and Sanguinaria Canadenis ( bloodroot ) . right on now the Baptisia Alba , Aruncus ( caprine animal beard ) , a lily-white paeony , and bloodless bleeding heart are in bloom .
